Focal Point Donations

IrvingCollection.org is now free to access until 31 March 2026

No subscriptions. No paywalls. No tiers. This is not a promotion. It is a deliberate decision.
We have opened The Irving Collection to the public, free of charge, until 31 March 2026. Anyone can now access the archive without restriction.

Why we’ve done this?

The Irving Collection exists to preserve primary historical material and make it accessible, verifiable, and usable by anyone willing to engage seriously with the evidence.

Our principles are simple and non-negotiable:
  • Primary sources, not opinion
  • Full citation and context
  • Knowledge as a public good

If free access is going to continue, it needs backing.

Archives exist to be examined. They are not decorative, and they are not meant to be filtered to fit fashion or convenience.

Digitisation, hosting, preservation, and research carry real costs. This period of open access is an experiment in trust and responsibility.
If you believe this material should remain accessible to all, you can support the project here:

At the end of this period, we will review usage, costs, and support to determine the responsible path forward. Thank you for reading, and for supporting work that prioritises evidence over noise.

Wishing you a peaceful Christmas and a clear-headed New Year,
Thank you,
Adam Irving
